Complete Plant for Modifying and Emulsifying Bitumen ( Lab-use)

Application

It is a machine design for simulation of industrial production. Its performance depends on the factors such as viscosity, ratio, solid, and thixotropy. It is customizable if detailed specs provided.

Working principle

1. To modify asphalt The materials are repetitious heated by conduction oil in a tank. Then the materials are put into the reactor vessel, when pre-mixing, high shearing happened. The high-speed driven by the stator and rotor ensures the uniformity of products. At the same time, SBS modifiers, additives can be added from the hopper. 2．To emulsify asphalt Firstly, the materials are repetitious heated by the heater in a conduction oil tank, and then the asphalts are add to the mixing tank. When the mixer is working, the asphalts are evenly heated. Secondly, we close the medium pipe valve and open the valves of heat-exchanger and emulsion tank, proportional latex, hydrochloric acid, and water are added. When we follow the steps: open the mixers--heat--close the valve of conduct-oil--open the Electric Valve of Emulsion tank --turn on the high-shear emulsifier after turning off all the mixers. Finally, we observe the flow of asphalt from the flow meter and we take the eligible emulsified asphalt samples
