Horizontal sand mill

Application

Industry of painting ＆coating, ink, coloring materials, pharmacy, food, cosmetics, paper making electronically material. It is mainly used to materials with low-viscosity, small fineness, and easy-evaporation.

Working principle

The machine is a complete machine functions as grinding and dispersing. It is complete wet grinding. The beads rotates with high speed, which works to emulsify, disperse, knead the materials.

Slide rail installed under the cylinder, convenient-maintenance.
Mechanical seal installed between transmission mechanism and grinding mechanism
Two types of pump provided: gear pump ＆pneumatic diaphragm pump.( choosing according the materials)

The maintainance 1.The lubricant of Ball inorganic Transmission scan not be lower than the oil standard on the midline. 2．Horizontal sand mill should be a cleaned in a year or so.
